Product Description
The Equipex BRIC 2500 commercial induction cooktop operates more efficiently than standard electric and gas equipment. When a compatible pan is placed on the cooktop surface, the unit automatically senses it before transferring heat from the coil to the vessel. The unit can operate a set temperature level or power level. There are 110 temperature options and 25 power levels, while the display shows the set temperature in Fahrenheit or a four-digit power level. To simplify cleaning and increase durability, the cooktop is made of heat-resistant ceramic glass. Constructed of stainless steel, the housing increases the cooktop’s strength and resists corrosion.
