The Microplane Black Sheep Zester is designed to quickly and easily zest citrus fruits, Parmesan cheese, hard cheese, chocolate, ginger, garlic, and nutmeg.
Its long and narrow blade measures 16.5 cm x 3.3 cm and boasts a PVD coating for additional scratch resistance.
An anti-slip rubber handle provides safety and stability while grating.
Additionally, the grater comes complete with a plastic protective cover for maintaining a lasting sharp finish and it can be effortlessly washed in a dishwasher or with running water.
Microplane uses a chemical process called photo-etching, to produce their graters. The result is much sharper teeth and durable, ultra-sharp stainless steel blades.
