Description
The Mermaid Silver Anodised Baking Tray is made of aluminium, known for it’s superb heat conductivity, and guarantees consistent baking in a reduced time. The smooth finish is created during the process of anodising, which seals and hardens the outer layer of the aluminium, giving it an easy-release, easy-clean surface that will not leech, peel, or rust. The surface will improve with use by developing it’s natural patina, making it more non-stick over time.

Ongoing Use:
Wash in warm soapy water. Not suitable for a dishwasher. Do no use abrasive cleaners, caustic soda, or chemicals. Stubborn foods should be left to soak in warm soapy water.
Note: The bakeware may display small contact points where the pan has been held during the anodising process. This is a part of the manufacturing process and will not affect the product’s performance.
