There is no need to blind bake your pastry if you use this Silverwood Flan Tin. Simply ensure that your oven is hot and put your filled pastry in – the anodised aluminium ensures even heat distribution so that your pastry will bake to perfection with no soggy bottoms or burnt bits.
Thanks to the loose base you will be able to easily remove and serve your flan.
