Designed for countertop use, the Equipex BGIC3000 Adventys induction griddle measures 151⁄2 inches wide by 203⁄4 inches deep by 77⁄8 inches high. It features 12 temperature settings with three presets, and operators can make adjustments using precise capacitive touch controls. To prevent overheating and enable all-day use, it’s built with two integral cooling fans.
The exterior of the Equipex BGIC3000 countertop griddle is constructed of stainless steel—a strong, rust-resistant metal that’s suited for heavy use. It features a multi-layer griddle surface, and it has a cooking temperature range of 122 to 536 degrees Fahrenheit. So users can quickly power the unit on or off, it’s equipped with a power switch on the control panel. Facilitating thorough cleaning, it features a removable air filter and grease drawer.
