The two burners on the Equipex GL2-5000 Adventys countertop commercial induction cooktop automatically detect pans and cook at 20 different temperature levels. Designed with a built-in timer and touchscreen controls, this unit is straightforward to use. To keep operators safe, this cooktop uses cooling fans that prevent overheating and enable all-day usage.
For efficient cleaning, this unit has a removable grease filter and recessed controls on the touchscreen pad. The two hobs on the Equipex GL2-5000 countertop commercial induction cooktop are positioned side by side, while its vitroceramic glass surface is smooth and can be wiped clean. To ensure safety, this stainless steel cooktop includes an oil auto ignition shut-off and an automatic overheating protection feature.
