The Equipex GL2-6000 countertop commercial induction cooktop has 20 power levels for various temperature needs. Using two burners, this unit can operate with high heat to make stir fries and low heat to melt chocolates. Temperatures can be controlled using the touchscreen, which is smooth for cleaning. To further streamline cleanup, the stainless steel casing and vitroceramic glass top can be wiped down.
For safe operation, the Equipex GL2-6000 countertop induction cooktop protects from overheating by automatically shutting off when it detects that a pan is empty. The oil automatic ignition shut-off also adds a layer of safety by protecting small articles. This cooktop can be operated consistently all day due to reliable airflow provided by the integrated cooling fan.
