Product Description
The Equipex BRIC 3000 countertop induction cooktop uses electromagnetism to heat product in induction-ready cookware. Electricity flows in a coil in the unit to create a magnetic field above the cooking surface, and the surface automatically starts to heat up when a pan is placed on it. So it quickly heats cookware and is compatible with stockpots and large cookware, the coil is large. Its cooktop can operate based on a temperature setting or power level option. While the power level can be set to 25 specific options, the temperature is adjustable from 86 to 284 degrees Fahrenheit with 110 level options.
